A builder's site that answers the questions a buyer actually has: where it is, what it costs in square feet, and what the site looked like last month.

Adora Homes has been building apartments and villas in Thrissur since 2018. Ten projects, a hundred families moved in, and until this site a buyer had no way to check any of it without calling the office. The site puts the three bookable projects, the seven handed over and the K-RERA registration number for each one on a page a stranger can read at eleven at night.
Every live project carries its own page: locality, carpet area range, the K-RERA number, and a dated line about what is happening on site right now ("11th floor roof slab completed", "foundation works in progress"). Those come from the site engineers, so the page ages honestly instead of going stale the week it launches.
It runs on Next.js through OpenNext on Cloudflare Workers, the same setup as the rest of my client work, which keeps hosting at a few hundred rupees a month and the pages served from the edge. Enquiries go to WhatsApp and to the office number, because that is how people in Thrissur actually get in touch.
Tell me what you are building. You get a fixed scope and a fixed figure back, from the person who writes the code.
